Return & Refund Policy

We care about your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience with Agentic Ayurveda smooth and worry-free.

1. Returns Eligibility:
You may request a return if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.

• You received the wrong product.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for return approval.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process:
Once your return is approved and the product is received back in its original packaging, we will initiate a refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Replacement Option:
If you prefer, we can also replace the defective or wrong product instead of refunding.

5. Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
